Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. During busy sale periods, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
We currently deliver throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase. Hayward & Haines cannot be held responsible for delays or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect delivery information.
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may attempt another delivery or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel's journey.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays can happen that are beyond our control.
