Returns & Refunds

As all products on our website are part of our End of Range Sale, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or sizing preferences. Please ensure you have reviewed your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at haywardandhaines.marketing@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products purchased through our sale are clearance items, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless they are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.
